These terms apply to this website and to booking our cleaning services. By using the website or booking with us, you agree to them.

3. Our services

We offer residential house cleaning — Standard Clean, Deep Clean, Move-In / Move-Out and Pre-Listing Cleaning — in Liberty Township, Mason, West Chester, Loveland and nearby areas in Butler and Warren Counties. Our website describes what each service usually includes; the final details of your service are agreed with you at the estimate.

4. Free estimate and prices

Every new service starts with a free, no-obligation in-person estimate. We do not publish prices online: we give you a price after seeing your home.

Sending the form on this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your estimate and your cleanings are confirmed only when we confirm them with you by text, call or email.

5. Scheduling and changes

We work Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm, and we are closed on Sundays. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by text or call.

6. Access, pets and your home

Please give us safe access to your home at the agreed time.
Tell us about pets and anything we should know, such as fragile items or areas to avoid.
Do not send door, lockbox, garage or alarm codes through the website form. We will ask for them privately.
If anything is damaged during a cleaning, please tell us right away so we can review it with you.

7. Our satisfaction guarantee

As our website says: “Not happy? We’ll make it right — every visit.” If something isn’t right, contact us as soon as possible after your cleaning so we can make it right.

8. Products

We use eco-friendly, pet-safe cleaning products. If anyone at home has allergies, please tell us at the estimate.

9. Payment

Prices and payment terms are agreed with you at the estimate, before any cleaning.

10. Photos on this website

The photos of our work (before and after, rooms and bathrooms) are real photos from our clients’ homes, with only light, color and straightening adjustments. Some portrait photos of Chely were created with the help of AI image tools, based on real photos of her.

11. Website content

The texts, photos and logo on this website belong to House Cleaning Services By Chely LLC. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. If there is ever a problem, please contact us first so we can try to solve it together.
